Basic Installation:
(delivery not included, please see list of standard installation fees below)
Includes:
- Review installation with client at start of work to review existing damages to baseboards, walls, etcetera
- Installation of tile (diagonal pattern not included, surcharge applied) in residential property includes the following -- undercut door jambs, minor floor preparation, grouting
- Removal of all tile debris associated with new installation project
- Final sweep and grout clean (one time)
- Review installation with client upon completion of work
Does NOT include:
- Delivery of product
- Tile, grout, underlayment (scratch, wire, waterproof membrane, sub-floor, etcetera), sealers, trims, and transitions
- Heated floor systems and thermostats
- Tile, wood, or cove base + adhesive
- Remove/replace excessive furniture: wall units, china cabinets, entertainment centres, filing cabinets, storage boxes, four poster beds, kitchen islands, armoires, etcetera
- Remove/replace appliances
Goodtile.ca DOES NOT PROVIDE the following services:
- Structural modifications
- Removal or disposal of any materials containing ASBESTOS
- Removal of all varieties of vinyl flooring
- Tile installation over existing tile (does not meet industry standards)
- Disconnect/move/reinstall: computers, stereos, home theatres, plasma/big screen TVs, medical equipment, alarm systems, telephone/cable lines
