Iron oxide pigments have strong covering power, high tinting strength (95% +), are extremely lightfast and have high weatherability. They are insoluble in water, alkali resistant and have excellent anti-rust and UV protection function.
Commonly used to colour ceramic glazes, in homemade and commercial milk paint, concrete, cement and other media.
When using iron oxide pigments for colouring cement and concrete, use up to a maximum of 10% concentration.
